Celtic PLC AGM 2026
The Celtic Trust is proposing three resolutions for discussion at the upcoming plc AGM. A degree of shareholder support is required in order to ensure that the resolutions are heard at the meeting.
If you are a shareholder, we hope that you can add your name to the list.
In order to authorise your assent, the plc require to identify you as a shareholder with your shareholding details on each of the resolutions to which you are adding your support. In order to do so online, you will need your SRN (shareholder ID).
If you do not know your Shareholder Registration Number (SRN) then you cannot use the online system. However, you can download the form here and either print it out, sign it and scan or take a photograph and email it as an attachment to trust@celtictrust.net OR post it to us at the mailing address you will find on our Contacts page.
