WorldPay update for members
Following the AGM last week (2/9/25) we have a few important updates re the payment system for members:
- Members do receive an email to inform them of payment failures eg card expiry or change of bank but may not distinguish that from the ones they get each month to confirm payment. In future, please check the email heading and check your spam folder for WorldPay emails.
- We are instituting a new system whereby we will follow up the WorldPay email with one from the Trust to ensure that the payment failures are known to the member.
- If you do find that your membership has lapsed, the easiest thing to do is simply to rejoin from our site.
- When you rejoin you will receive two emails from WorldPay – one with your username and one with your password. If you keep those safe then you will be able to update payment details when you change bank or receive a new card.
