Updated instructions for finding, and proxying shares

Registered with Computershare and have your papers: How to proxy

Log onto www.investorcentre.co.uk/eproxy

You will be asked for your control number, your shareholder registration number and your pin which will be on the front page of your papers or the email in which the AGM notice came:

Enter in the appropriate box the exact words

Officer of the CT

Then tick the voting form as follows:

  • AGAINST to motions 1-11
  • FOR to motions 12-17

Don’t know your Shareholder Registration Number

Call Computershare UK on the number below and ask them for your SRN

You will need to have the details of the address you lived at when you bought your shares.

Once they identify you they will send your AGM papers

Contact details

The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol BS99 6ZZ

Telephone

+44 (0370) 702 0192

Once you have your SRN

You should register with Computershare online portal so that you can, thereafter, update your address etc and check your shareholding.

You can do that here:

https://www-uk.computershare.com/Investor/#Home

You only need your SRN, your address and to state that you hold shares in Celtic plc

Your shares are held in a nominee company

  • Call the company and say that you wish to take part in the AGM of Celtic plc
  • You can either instruct them as to how you wish to vote
  • Or you can ask to attend
  • Most are online but if you have difficulty with technology and tell them that they should help you on the phone

The most common ones are:

Hargreaves Lansdown

Telephone number: 01173214173

Online:

  • Log in to your online account
  • On the right of the page underneath the secure messages there is a shareholder meetings box
  • View shareholder meetings
  • Click on Celtic plc
  • Give instruction:  you can instruct them how to vote on your behalf and/or select to attend.  You then just turn up at the AGM and your name will be on the attendance list.

Follow instructions at this link. Very straightforward.

Presumably I do not need to Proxy if I intend to be present.

No you don’t need to but if you do then the voting figures which are announced for each resolution will include your votes so we encourage people to do that

How was the problem with proxy shares, as highlighted in the statement last week, resolved?

The club and the registrar worked out what the problem was and asked us to publicise their temporary fix ie say Office of the CT and not Officer of the Celtic Trust.

        Thanks for the response.

        All the best,

        Martin.

I proxy’d my votes to you.
Now that the AGM was cut short and votes will be counted by dropping sending polling cards to Celtic by Tuesday.
Do I now need to send my polling card to them, or do you still do that as my proxy?

Frank you can just go online and vote – that will cancel the proxy to us. As long as the votes are cast that is the main thing
