Celtic PLC AGM 2023 – Celtic Trust voting intentions

The following are our voting intentions for the Celtic PLC AGM.  Those shareholders who wish to vote with us as a bloc are asked to vote as follows:

1 To receive the Company’s annual accounts and the Auditors’ Report, the Strategic Report and
the Directors’ Report for the year ended 30 June 2023.

AGAINST [we normally vote for this but this year we wish to protest at the decision of the remuneration committee to award the directors large increases]

2. To reappoint Peter Lawwell, who retires at the first AGM following his appointment, as a
director of the Company. AGAINST

3. To reappoint Brian Rose, who retires at the first AGM following his appointment, as a director
of the Company. AGAINST

4. To reappoint Dermot Desmond, who retires by rotation, as a director of the Company. AGAINST

5. To reappoint Tom Allison, who retires by rotation, as a director of the Company. AGAINST

6. To reappoint Brian Wilson, who retires by rotation, as a director of the Company. AGAINST

7. To reappoint Sharon Brown, who retires by rotation, as a director of the Company. AGAINST

8. To reappoint BDO LLP as auditors of the Company. FOR

9. To authorise the directors to determine the remuneration of the auditors. FOR

10. That, pursuant to section 551 of the Companies Act 2006 and Article 6 of the Company’s articles
of association (“Articles”), the directors be and are generally and unconditionally authorised to
exercise all powers of the Company to allot shares in the Company with immediate effect. FOR

11.  We will withhold our vote on the special resolution which relates to the disapplication of preemption rights

We also intend to speak on the following topics:

1. The ambition of the Directors in Europe
2. Relationships with the fans
3. The safety of fans in domestic away ground
4. The club’s position re UEFA regulations.

    I AM 75YRS OLD BORN A CELTIC SUPPORTER AND WILL DIE A CELTIC SUPPORTER
    STILL GOING TO THE GAMES TO SUPPORT CELTIC
    DO THE GREEN BRIGADE WANT TO HELP RANGERS WIN THE LEAGUE?
    ARE THEY MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE TEAM?

      ita not the green brigade its this tory board. Desmond gave £50,000 to the tory party so shareholders need to vote this tory board out

        I HAVE BEEN INA UNION SINCE I WAS 16YRS OLD WHEN I RETIRED I PAID TO TAKE OUT A LIFE MEMBERSHIP I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN QUITE A FEW LONG AND SHORT STIKES I TOOK PART IN A FACTORY SIT IN I AM NO LOVER OF TORIES I DESPISE ALL THEY STAND FOR
        BUT FIRST ANF FOREMOST I LOVE OUR COLOURS I LOVE MY TEAM
        WE MUST SUPPORT THE CELTIC FOOTBALL TEAM AGAINST ALL OTHERS THAT ARE AROUND US
